Over the phone You can call us on 1300 655 003 during business hours (8.00am – 5.30pm AEST/AEDT, Monday to Friday.) After business hours, our emergency claims service will provide assistance and obtain details of your claim. We will contact you the next business day and complete your claim submission. To assist us in processing your claim, please have to hand your policy number and details of the accident, including contact details for any other drivers and details of all other cars involved. A professional Claims Consultant will discuss the loss with you and determine the most appropriate method for managing the repair process and, if required, assist you in selecting the most suitable and conveniently located repairer. If your car cannot be driven, we can arrange for it to be collected and delivered to the repairer. If your car is driveable, you can simply drive your car to the repairer on the agreed day. We will advise you of the claims process and answer any of your queries. |
