How do I submit a claim
Over the phone

You can call us on 1300 655 003 during business hours (8.00am – 6.30pm AEST/AEDT, Monday to Friday).

After business hours, our emergency claims service will provide assistance.

To assist us in processing your claim, please have to hand your policy number and details of what has happened. A professional Claims Consultant will discuss the loss with you and determine the most appropriate method to expedite your claim.
