How do I submit a home and contents insurance claim?Over the phone You can call us on 1300 655 003 during business hours (8.00am – 6.30pm AEST/AEDT, Monday to Friday.) After business hours, through the same number, you can access our emergency claims service for assistance. To assist us in processing your claim, please have to hand your policy number and details of what has happened. A professional Claims Consultant will discuss the loss with you and determine the most appropriate method to expedite your claim. If we believe that it is necessary for your claim to be assessed by a Loss Adjuster we will appoint one of our preferred Loss Adjusters who will be in contact promptly to arrange a convenient time to visit you. Online, any time The fastest, easiest way is via our online claims form. You can submit your claim notification 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, whenever it suits you. It generally takes less than 10 minutes to complete the online form, and once we receive it, one of our friendly claims consultants will contact you as soon as possible.
